To be eligible, items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact due to hygiene and safety standards associated with beauty and personal care products. Products that have been opened, swatched, or used cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process. After receiving and inspecting the item, refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case, within a specified processing period. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or exclusive offers may not qualify for refunds unless damaged or incorrect.
