If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team with your order details and product images as proof. To be eligible, items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact due to hygiene and safety standards associated with beauty and personal care products. Products that have been opened, swatched, or used cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
